This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed by App Mobile Game when you use any mobile application ("app", "game") published by the "App Mobile Game" developer in the Google Play store.

This Privacy Policy is in full compliance with the GDPR in EU, COPPA in the US.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how your information is collected, used, stored and shared by us with respect to your access and use of our services. By using or accessing our App or our Service, you agree to the privacy policies outlined below.

What information do we collect?

Information we collect automatically through the app

We do not collect any Personal Information from and about you, which is the type of information that specifically identifies you personally and/or can be used alone to contact you online or offline, such as your full name, physical address, email address, telephone number, photograph, precise geolocation information, credit card information and user names.

The only Personal Information collected by our apps is a unique device identifier for advertising ("advertising ID"), for example, Google Advertiser ID or Apple ID For Advertising.

We can collect some Non-personal information about you, which is information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally, including:

  • information about you such as your age, non-precise geolocation information, gender, etc.
  • information about your device, hardware/software/firmware, screen resolution, etc.
  • information about your use of the app, game progress, scores, preferred options, etc.

Information we get through other sources
If you submit information through our website or email we cannot control the type of info you submit and the privacy level of such info. See the following sections to know how we store and process such Directly-sent Information.

Information collected by Third-Party SDKs from our Monetization Partners
Some of the third-party monetization SDKs integrated into our app may access your information for the purpose of ad optimization.  Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information, the app list or applications installed on the device, and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party monetization partners, as they have their own privacy policies which can be viewed on their websites. We have no access to or control over such third parties. However, we have a routine procedure to scan all third party SDKs to detect if they collect sensitive user information. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to Google AdMob, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, DoubleClick for Publishers, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Amazon, Fyber, Smaato, Tapjoy, UnityAds, etc. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party monetization partners listed below.

Information collected by Third-Party Analytical Tools
Our app integrates SDKs from several analytical service providers for app optimization purpose. These third-party SDKs may also collect your information such as GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party analytical tools. You can find their privacy policy on their websites. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to Flurry, AppsFlyer and Firebase, etc. The information they provide to us is aggregated analytical data.

Processing and usage of information

To provide services
We may use this information to provide service or features in our App. For example, we can access the camera privileges on your mobile phone to store pictures.

To improve our product
As mentioned above, we collect your information for analytical purpose. This analytical data is only for app optimization. Some third-party monetization partners such as Facebook and Google may use the information they collected to optimize advertisement experience. Their use of information is governed by their privacy policy. We don’t have access to any such information they collected.

Provide personalized contents for you
We may use this information to deliver services and provide personalized features and content for you (including ads).

Personal Information we use:

  • to provide children (as this term is construed under GDPR in EU, COPPA in the US and the relevant applicable legislation in other jurisdictions) with reasonable contextual advertisements in the app.
  • *to provide non-child users that have given us consent to share their advertising IDs with our ad network partners (as further specified under Sharing of Information) for the purpose of serving them with a personalized advertisement in the app (behavioral advertising / targeted advertising).

Non-personal Information we use:
to monitor and analyze general statistics about the distribution of the app: audience, countries, devices, installs and sessions amounts, and maintain and develop the app based on this experience;
to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the app;

Processing of Directly-sent information
As mentioned above we can get unregulated data and information from the users by email or through the website contact form. Mostly we ignore and do not process any Personal Information from such requests, only analyze some general feedback about our apps, complaints, and recommendations to improve the quality of our apps. But in special cases, including support requests, accidental purchases, personal data removal requests, any kind of complaints about our apps and service - we can use required Personal Information to resolve an issue and satisfy the user.

What important permissions do we request?
Here we explain all important permissions that our app requests. These permissions are necessary for our app to perform certain features. Read and write external storage permissions We only set this permissions to save and reload the data of the game.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to the Policy

Any information that is collected is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify the Policy from time to time. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of our App or Services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.

Child-direct apps
Some of our apps are targeted directly to children, which is specified in Google Play store publishing information. In such apps we do not collect, do not process and do not share any Personal Information of users, including advertising ID.

Apps for a general audience
We expect that children do not install and do not use our non-child-direct apps without direct parental control. So we do not collect, do not process and do not share Personal Information of child users at least without parental consent.

If you are from EEA in accordance with the GDPR we prompt you for the consent to use and share advertising ID which is your Personal Information. We also notice that children under the age 16 cannot accept this consent. In accordance with the GDPR, such processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for the child. So if you are under the age of 16 you should ask your parents or another person responsible for you to accept or decline this consent. To revoke this consent you should uninstall the app from your device.

Special cases
If it comes to our attention that Personal Information has been collected from a person under the minimum age limit, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we may have Personal Information from or about a child under the minimum age limit, please contact us at
